Refund policy

At Nibs Nonstop, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our chocolates and gift hampers. Because our products are perishable and often customised, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products (chocolates, snacks, and edibles) and the hygiene standards we maintain, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in cases of damage during transit or receipt of an incorrect item.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Process: Email us at [Insert Email Address] or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or initiate a refund for the affected item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items on Sale or Clearance.
  • Customised or Personalised gift hampers.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
  • Issues related to personal taste preferences.

4. Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched (usually within 2-4 hours of placing the order).
  • Custom/Bulk Orders: Once production or customisation has begun, corporate or bulk gift orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved (due to damage or non-availability of stock), it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI; our team will contact you for the necessary details.

6. Melting Policy (Weather Disclaimer)

While we use specialised packaging to protect chocolates from heat, Nibs Nonstop is not responsible for minor melting that may occur during transit in extremely hot weather. We recommend refrigerating the chocolates for 30 minutes immediately upon receipt before opening.
